Sliding gates domis.pro
Advantages of sliding gates:
- A rich selection of options for filling the gate leaf,
- All the main elements of the sliding gate design are made of aluminum profile with a polymer coating, which reliably protects the gate leaf from the adverse effects of the atmosphere, eliminates corrosion and increases the service life of products.
- Universal aluminum profile of the tire 96x177 mm, combined with the profile of the frame, provides high rigidity, strength and reliability of the sliding gate design.
- The minimum working life of the gate is 25,000 cycles of opening and closing the gate, which approximately corresponds to 15 years of operation of the sliding gate (four opening and closing gates daily throughout the entire period).
- Hidden fasteners guarantee a higher degree of protection against unauthorized access. The absence of visible fasteners provides a more aesthetic appearance of the structures.
- The quiet operation of sliding gates is ensured by the use of supports with rollers made of glass-filled polyamide and nylon gear rail.
- The use of aluminum alloys in the production of the main structural elements of sliding, swing gates and gates, as well as filling eliminates corrosion and ensures a long service life of products. Only primary alloys are used for the production of profiles. High quality aluminum alloys for the production of extruded profiles
Aluminum profile is a wear–resistant, stainless and durable material. It is lighter than steel, so it will exert significantly less load on the supporting elements. Thanks to innovative technologies, the aluminum profile used in the manufacture of the web and the frame of the gate is very durable and resistant to adverse external factors. The external profile consists of lamellae painted dark brown and interconnected by hook fasteners. These fasteners are interlocked in the grooves, so the gate leaf seems to be a single whole, there are no connections in sight. The surface of the gate leaf looks like a panel with transverse stripes.
