Transport, installation and installation team accommodation
For the Balearic Islands, the installation team’s return travel, local transfers, accommodation and subsistence allowances are quoted separately according to team size, duration and prevailing Spanish market rates for the destination and dates. Sea freight for materials is calculated separately. All applicable expenses and taxes are itemised for approval in advance.
Indicative prices include VAT at 21%. The final quotation depends on measurements, access and the property’s condition. Panels and profiles are charged as complete units according to the cutting plan. Electrical work at 230 V, wall chasing, substrate repairs, waste disposal charges and specialist lifting are additional.
