Material and system selection
SPC is stone polymer composite, a moisture-resistant material suitable for bathroom and kitchen walls. Check the specific model’s documentation for the intended conditions: ambient humidity, splashes or direct water contact. The substrate, adhesive, joints and junctions must form a compatible system. For showers and other areas exposed to water, specify the necessary waterproofing and seal joints, corners and junctions before completing the wall covering. Moisture resistance of the panel alone does not make the entire installation watertight.

Logistics and installation team expenses
For the Balearic Islands, sea freight for materials is itemised separately from labour and installation team expenses where installation is commissioned. Return travel, local transfers, accommodation and subsistence allowances are calculated according to the island, dates, duration and team size, using prevailing Spanish market rates. All applicable charges and taxes are itemised for prior approval. Mainland installation rates do not automatically apply to the islands.
Indicative prices are shown excluding VAT and including VAT at 21%. The final quotation depends on measurements, the cutting plan, access and the property’s condition. Panels and profiles are charged as complete panels and full-length bars. Electrical work at 230 V, wall chasing, substrate repairs, waste disposal charges and specialist lifting are quoted separately.
The tariff allows 600 ml of adhesive per panel. Before installation, compatibility with the panel model and substrate is confirmed. The specific adhesive and sealing work are stated in the quotation.
