Construction

The body and frame are made of galvanized steel, which is not subject to corrosion and oxidation, significantly extending the nominal service life. The heating rods are made of stainless steel and have special fins, which helps to heat up much faster and transfer heat better.

This model is completely protected from overheating , which is facilitated by the installation of special thermal contacts, which, if something happens, automatically switch off. Bimetallic element mounted inside a metal case.

Installation

Basic installation rules:

  • It is necessary to provide control and service access to the heater. An air filter should be installed in front of the heater to protect it from contamination
  • In order to achieve maximum power, the heater must be connected as a counterflow one
  • If the heater is located in front of the fan, its power should be adjusted so as not to exceed the maximum permissible air temperature
  • If the heater is located behind the fan, we recommend designing an element between the fan and the heater that stabilizes the air flow (for example, an air duct 1 - 1.5 m long).
