Design feature

The body is made of high-strength galvanized steel with a special coating that protects against condensation and moisture, preventing the formation of corrosion and oxidation, significantly extending the nominal service life. These components are supplied as standard in a left-hand version in the direction of air flow and are equipped with an insulated pan for condensate drainage.

Due to the unified design of the drop eliminators, the pressure loss depends only on the air flow speed. The nomogram also contains conversion curves for recalculating 'flow rate' for all sizes.

Installation

Drip eliminators should only be installed in a horizontal position, which ensures condensate drainage (drip tray down). There must be sufficient free space for control and service access to the droplet eliminator and condensate drainage system. It is recommended to place the model in the air flow behind the cooler (if they are not part of it) or the recuperator. The connection points between the cooler (recuperator) and the drip eliminator must be waterproof.
