Manufactured from Al-Si-Mg cast iron to ensure lightness and high resistance to corrosion. This design allows for high specific power (kW/kg). The asymmetric design allows to minimize space and the design of the fins is optimized to reduce the pressure drop of the smoke circuit, minimizing the electrical consumption and noise emission of the fans.

Condensation Technology
When 1 m3 of natural gas is burned, 1.7 kg of water is released in the form of gas, mixed with the rest of the combustion by-products. Instead of wasting the energy contained in this quantity of steam, we circulate these fumes through an aluminium alloy exchanger of our own design, through which the primary water circulates.
In this way, we lower the temperature below the so-called dew point. The steam changes state, turning into liquid water, which is drained through a siphon, and releasing in the process the so-called "latent heat" that is collected in the water and ensures high efficiency, low emissions, and a reduction in the operating costs of the machine.
Premix Technology: We incorporate a modulating fan to mix the air and gas in exact proportions before it reaches the burning. This guarantees complete, clean and efficient combustion.
High modulation ratio 1:8
We constantly adjust the burner power to the thermal needs, from 12.5% to the maximum. Modulating the power in such a broad way ensures a decrease in the number of ignitions, and a combustion with low harmful emissions, typical of ignition processes. This entire process is carried out practically instantly and automatically.
Automatic adaptive gas system, Lambda Gx
With the Lambda GX control system, the correct combination of air and gas is regulated to achieve efficient combustion, leading to significant cost savings.
Lambda Gx aims to regulate the combustion of air and gas in appropriate quantities to ensure that lambda (excess air factor) is maintained at the appropriate level.
- The system controls the quantity of air and gas independently, depending on the quality of the flame (ionization current).
- Any fluctuation in the gas flow rate can cause a fire. The gas and air balance (as a result of outside air temperature or natural gas quality) can be detected by the ionization current and corrected electronically.
- To achieve an efficient combustion process, the gas is gradually released into the mixture until a perfect gas-air ratio is achieved. This function also prolongs the life of the device and reduces the emission of harmful gases into the environment.
