Payment terms and order preparation

At DOMIS.PRO, we offer different payment terms depending on the product type, its availability and the characteristics of each order.

Different payment arrangements may apply to products in stock, made-to-order items and custom-manufactured products.

Any required deposit, payment deadlines and preparation or manufacturing conditions will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed and stated in the quotation or relevant contractual documentation.

• International SWIFT bank transfer.

The availability of each payment method will be indicated during checkout or in the relevant quotation.

VAT and invoicing

Prices and taxes are applied in accordance with current tax legislation.

Certain intra-Community supplies and exports outside the European Union may be exempt from Spanish VAT when legal requirements are met and supporting documentation is available.

Delivery outside Spain does not automatically qualify for VAT exemption. The applicable tax treatment will be determined before the order is confirmed.

Delivery and transport

Products may be delivered using DOMIS.PRO's own transport or through specialised transport companies and logistics operators.

Shipping costs, delivery times and transport conditions depend on the destination, product availability, dimensions, weight and characteristics.

This information will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation or included in the relevant quotation.

Bulky products and special deliveries

Some products, such as large-format SPC and WPC decorative panels, profiles, windows, doors and pergolas, may require specialised transport or specific unloading arrangements.

Where additional services are required, such as lifting equipment, special unloading or access by specific vehicles, the conditions and costs will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Order collection

Collection of products from our premises may be arranged when this option is available and has been confirmed in advance by DOMIS.PRO.

The collection location, date and time will be agreed before handover.
