This type of fan has the advantages of a traditional duct fan (namely: ease of installation, compactness, versatility), but thanks to highly efficient ebmpapst impellers, with backward curved blades and an electronically commutated motor, this fan can achieve 3 times energy savings.

Application area:
In the company catalog There are three types of rectangular duct fans. The first type of fans - SV - an energy-saving duct fan has the advantages of a traditional duct fan (ease of installation, compactness, versatility), and in addition, it is distinguished by the high efficiency of the ebm-papst impeller with backward curved blades and an electronically commutated motor, which in total helps to achieve energy savings 3 times. The fan motor has a built-in PID controller, which allows you to regulate its power from 0 to 100% using an external 0 -10 V DC signal.
You can also control and dispatch both individual fans and groups of fans ( up to 7,805 fans in total). Conversion to a computer interface is provided free of charge with each fan.
Control functions:
control input 0-10VDC / PWM
control voltage input from sensor 0-10Vi4-20mA
built-in computer interface RS485 (ebmBUS)
built-in PID controller
supply voltage output for sensor
0-10V output for controlling slave
fans (Slave)
power factor compensation filter (PCF - passive)

Protection functions:

fault relay
unchanged parameters during voltage surges from 380V to 480V soft start
definition under/overvoltage in the network
phase loss detection
motor current limitation
overheating protection of the motor and unit
electronics
motor wheel lock protection

Why is the SV fan revolutionary in its kind?
Lower cost of components.
Compact
Systems based on SV fans allow, due to higher efficiency, to obtain the required parameters using a fan of smaller dimensions, i.e. have minimal dimensions.
Low energy consumption
High engine efficiency (more than 90%) allows you to reduce operating costs by at least 30% (at the same operating point, without speed control). With speed control, energy consumption is 4-6 times lower!
Smooth and precise adjustment
Possibility of programming, changing fan performance depending on any control factor (temperature, humidity, pressure, air quality, etc.) Depending on the setting, when the factor value changes, SV fans adequately change the rotation speed. They supply exactly as much air as is necessary for the system.
Built-in motor protection
From rotor locking, electrical and temperature overloads, which extends the life of the equipment due to its resistance to changes in mains voltage
Full control
You can receive anywhere in the world, due to the ability to connect to a computer, which in turn is connected to the Internet

Purpose:

Fans are designed to move air and other non-explosive gas mixtures, aggressiveness which, relative to carbon steels of ordinary quality, is not higher than air aggressiveness, having a temperature from minus 30 ° C to plus 40 ° C, not containing sticky, fibrous and abrasive materials, containing dust and other solid impurities of no more than 100 mg / cubic meter. The fans are used for direct installation in a rectangular duct of ventilation systems in residential, industrial and public buildings, as well as for other sanitary and industrial purposes. Design and operating principles of fans 4.1. The fans consist of a housing with a rectangular cross-section, inside of which there is a spiral and a partition with a divider and diffuser attached to it. The impeller is mounted directly on the outer rotor of the motor. 4.2. The principle of operation of the fan is to move the gas-air mixture by transferring energy from the impeller to it. The suction flow through the diffuser is directed to the wheels, rejected into the spiral chamber of the housing and through the discharge hole enters the ventilation system. Note: Changes can be made to the design of fans without impairing its consumer properties and not taken into account in this passport5. Safety measures 5.1 When preparing fans for operation and during their operation, it is necessary to comply with the safety requirements set out in GOST 12.4.021-75, “Safety Rules for the Operation of Electrical Installations by Consumers” and “Rules for the Technical Operation of Electrical Installations by Consumers”. 5.2 Only persons who have read this passport and are instructed in compliance with safety regulations are allowed to install and operate fans. 5.3 Installation of fans must provide free access to service areas during operation. 5.4 The installation site of fans and the ventilation system must have devices that prevent foreign objects from entering the fan. 5.5 Maintenance and repair of fans must be carried out only when they are disconnected from the power supply and the rotating ones are completely stopped. 5.6 Grounding of fans is carried out in accordance with the “Rules for Electrical Installations” (PUE). The resistance value between the grounding terminal and each accessible metal non-current-carrying part of the fan, which may be energized, should not exceed 0.10 m. 5.7 When performing work associated with the danger of electric shock (in particular, static electricity), protective protective equipment should be used facilities. 5.8 When testing, adjusting and operating fans, the suction and discharge openings must be protected so as to prevent injury to people by the air flow and rotating parts. 5.9 The employee who turns on the fan is obliged to take measures in advance to stop all work on this fan (repair, cleaning, etc.), its engine and notify personnel about the start-up.6. Preparing the product for use 6.1 Installation: 1. Installation of fans must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.4.021-75, SNiP 3.05.01-83, design documentation and this passport. 2. Inspect the fan. If damage or defects resulting from improper transportation or storage are detected, putting the fan into operation without agreement with the seller is not allowed. 3. When installing the fan, you must: 1) make sure that the impeller rotates easily and smoothly, 2) check the tightness of the bolt connections, pay special attention to the fastening of the impeller (motor to the plate in the housing), 3) check the insulation resistance of the motor and, if necessary, dry (if the fan has been exposed to water), 44) carry out the electrical connection of the motor according to the connection diagram. Electrical diagrams and pin designations are given below. 5) ground the fan and motor, 6) make sure there are no foreign objects inside it. Check the voltage matches between the mains supply and the motor. 7) using flexible inserts, hermetically connect the suction and discharge openings of the fan to the air ducts. The fan housing can be installed in any position during installation. 6.2 Start-up: 1. Before the test run, it is necessary to: a) stop all work on the fan that is being started and the air ducts and remove foreign objects from them, b) check the reliability of connecting the jet cable to the terminal box terminals, and the grounding of the conductor to the grounding terminals. 2. Turn on the engine and check the fan operation for an hour. If there are no extraneous knocks, noises, increased vibrations or other defects, the fan starts normal operation. 3. When operating the fan, you should be guided by the requirements of GOST 12.3.002-75, GOST 12.4.021.-75 and this passport.7. Maintenance1. To ensure reliable and efficient operation of fans and increase their durability, proper and regular maintenance is necessary. 2. The following types of fan maintenance are established: a) maintenance No. 1 (TO-1) after 150-170 hours, b) maintenance No. 2 (TO-2) after 600-650 hours, c) maintenance No. 3 ( TO-3) after 2500-2600 hours, 3. All types of maintenance are carried out according to schedule, regardless of the technical condition of the fans. 4. Reducing the established volume and changing the frequency of maintenance is not allowed. 5. Maintenance of fans must be carried out by suitably qualified personnel. 6. During TO-1, the following is carried out: a) external inspection of the fan in order to identify mechanical damage, b) checking the condition of welded and bolted connections, c) checking the reliability of grounding of the fan and engine. 7. During TO-2, the following is carried out: a) TO-1, b) checking the condition and fastening of the impeller with the motor in the housing, c) checking the vibration level (root mean square vibration velocity of the fan should not exceed 6.3 mm/s). 8. During TO-3, the following are carried out: a) TO-2, b) inspection of external coatings and, if necessary, their renewal, c) cleaning of the internal cavity of the fan and impeller from contamination, d) checking the reliability of fastening the fan to flexible inserts and construction building structures.Delivery 2-3 days. < /tr>
