Fluated WPC Panels for Accent Walls
Corrugated WPC panels create a textured surface with repeating lines. This finish is ideal for highlighting a specific wall or area within an interior; the direction and pitch of the corrugation affect the appearance of the surface and the placement of the joints.
Before ordering, check the effective width of the panel, as well as the length and depth of the profile. Plan the layout starting from prominent corners and openings so that narrow cut pieces do not end up in the center of the composition. It is best to evaluate the color using a sample placed next to other materials in the room.
Layout and Installation Details
- Take into account the direction of the grooving and the alignment of the pattern on adjacent panels.
- Match the profile thickness to the rosettes, trim, and end caps.
- Select the fastening method according to the panel instructions and the condition of the wall.
- Plan for cleaning the textured surface and access to concealed utilities.
Questions to Consider Before Choosing
Do grooved panels automatically improve sound insulation?
No. The surface texture does not guarantee sound insulation or sound absorption performance. For acoustic applications, test data for the specific installation is required.
How do you calculate the cladding width?
Use the effective width after installation if it differs from the total width. Check the joints, starter strip, and row end according to the installation diagram.
Please send the wall dimensions and the location of openings so we can discuss the configuration.
