Preventive maintenance of central channel air conditioners up to 8.600 refrigerators includes:

- Cleaning the indoor unit air filter using a suitable cleaning agent to completely disinfect the filter.

- Cleaning the heat exchanger of the indoor unit using a suitable cleaning agent.

- Cleaning the condensate pan and the drainage of the indoor unit with a suitable means.

- Cleaning the heat exchanger of the outdoor condenser unit with a suitable means.

- Checking the refrigerant gas pressure.

- Checking the wiring connection to the outdoor unit.

- Checking the insulation of the refrigerant pipes.

Our maintenance does not include refrigerant gas, spare parts, as well as replacement or replacement elements, if necessary, they will be budgeted regardless of maintenance.
