At the enterprises of the textile industry, the humidity level is of great importance. The efficiency of employees, the workability of threads and the quality of final products depend on it.

Proper humidity at textile enterprises is 55-70% and improves the strength properties of products, reduces the volume of defective products, increases employee productivity.


At weaving factories with low humidity, a number of problems arise:

  • Formation of a static charge on the surface of the fabric. Raw materials for textiles containing insufficient moisture creates stronger friction, and this contributes to the appearance of static electricity discharges;
  • Loss of tissue strength. In the production process, the yarn goes through several stages: warping, dressing, corking, binding and rewinding. All these procedures create internal stress in the raw material, which reduces its strength;
  • Shrinkage of the fabric. At the manufacturing stage of the product, optimal humidity will make cutting more reliable, which will not allow you to deviate from the specified characteristics;
  • Fiber dust. The textile industry is accompanied by a huge amount of dust in the air, on the floor and on machines. Fiber dust penetrates into the human lungs, settling on the mucous membranes, causing irritation and increasing the risk of infectious diseases;
  • Inaccuracies in weighing. The main textile raw materials are weighed, observing strict air parameters: relative humidity 60% at a temperature of 20 ° C. An error at this stage can lead to significant losses


  • Discomfort of the working staff. Constantly working machines give off a large amount of heat, worsening the working conditions of workers.


Together, these problems can significantly complicate the work of any textile production. Therefore, it is recommended to use a high-pressure misting nozzle system in textile enterprises.

The device of the high-pressure misting system

The system can be controlled remotely using an external control module. A simple assembly instruction allows you to mount the humidification unit yourself. The pump is connected to a 220 V network, and water is supplied to it. If necessary, the system of pipelines and high-pressure injectors can be mounted under the ceiling using specially stretched cables.
