Trunk trim

Also called "sheathing" (technical term), it is a magnetic wooden plate that is combined with an aluminum box to harmonize with the slats. The colors are suitable for the same purpose. Depending on the type of installation, side returns will also be provided so that all visible parts of the trunk are equipped with them.

The design of the canopy varies depending on the chosen blade theme. If you choose slats from the "Contemporary" collection, the canopy will be slightly convex, and the brush associated with it is rectangular, while for the "Colonial" and "Cozy" collections everything will be molded.

Canopy wood thickness: 7 mm

The overall width of the blinds always includes a canopy. The ends of the blades come in the same alignment.

Made unique by braids

Braids are strips of fabric located at each end of the blinds. Its width is 25 mm. The rendering is very chic, the setup is optimal. They are available in several colors at no extra charge. You prefer restraint: choose a tone close to wood. More assertive? Play with contrasts!

The usefulness of side rails

For all your inclined and pivoting openings, the side rails ensure that your wooden blinds will hold perfectly on your windows in all circumstances. These are metal cables with a plastic coating stretched at the ends of the blinds, which run from the box at the top to a transparent bracket attached to the opening (removable part of the window) at the bottom. Screws are provided for mounting the bracket.

A metal wire passes through each end of the bar , which improves the appearance of wooden blinds .

Fix the wooden blinds

Metal fasteners adaptable to the ceiling or wall (without displacement) are included in the delivery package. Once in place (pre-screwing), the blinds snap on it in the blink of an eye!

For your offset wall mounts: metal brackets are available on our website, which can be selected depending on the distance you need (up to 1.6 cm). Impressive window handles, heating... nothing gets in the way! Do not be afraid of the color difference compared to your blinds, the brackets are very invisible after the general installation is completed. We recommend that you provide one square per meter.

Folded Curtain Size

The box of wooden blinds of 50 mm has dimensions of B6.2 x G7.5 cm, including the canopy.

Before checking the total height, it is important to check the table to make sure that the folded slats do not interfere with the opening of the window in case of installation on the wall or ceiling. We recommend positioning the trunk so that the trunk assembly + folded slats does not protrude above the window opening (raised position).

The length of the louver control corresponds to 2/3 of the louver height. Depending on several technical parameters, we may have to change this measure.
