Fan Vents VKM 150 B

Vents VKM 150 B is a fan with a reduced noise levelintended for use in duct ventilation systems. The polymer coating of the housing and the protection class of the electric motor allow the fan to be used outdoors. Mounted with ventilation system elements with a diameter of 150 mm.

Design

The Vents VKM 150 B fan housing is made of steel with a polymer coating.

Motor

Single-phase external rotor motors are equipped with a centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades. The motors have built-in thermal protection with automatic restart. For some standard sizes, a version of the motor with more powerful characteristics (VKMS) is available.

The motors are equipped with rolling bearings to ensure a longer service life (40,000 hours). To achieve precise performance, safe operation and low noise levels, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly. Motor protection class IP 44.

Speed adjustment

Smooth or step adjustment and carried out using a thyristor or autotransformer. Several fans can be connected to one control device at once, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated parameters of the controller.
