Vents VKMts 150 is a duct-type fan in a galvanized casing. The fan is used in both supply and exhaust ventilation systems for premises for various purposes. It is possible to install fans on external walls. For rooms with increased requirements for noise levels, low-noise options are offered (VKMts...B).
The fans of this series are equipped with German engines, which have proven themselves quite well in the market. To operate in an exhaust and supply ventilation system, we recommend using a KOM 150 check valve to prevent reverse draft. The fan comes with mounting brackets.

Design
The fan housing is made of galvanized steel. For more convenient connection and use, the fan can be equipped with a power cord with a plug (VKMts…R). The fan housing is unpainted.
Motor
Single-phase external rotor motors are equipped with a centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades. The German Blauberg engine is equipped with built-in thermal protection with automatic restart. The use of rolling bearings in the engine ensures a long service life (40,000 hours). To achieve precise characteristics, low noise levels and safe operation of the Vents VKMts 150 fan, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly. The motor in the fan has a protection class of IP 44.
Speed adjustment
Smooth or step adjustment is carried out using a thyristor or autotransformer. Several fans can be connected to one control device simultaneously, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated parameters of the controller.
It is possible to use a speed controller (supplied separately) RS-1-300. Using this fan, you can turn the fan on and off and adjust it.
Installation
Mounting at any angle relative to the fan axis is allowed. Connection to the wall is carried out using mounting brackets, which are included in the delivery set. Power is supplied to the fan through the external terminal box. Electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the instructions and electrical diagram indicated on the terminal box. It is recommended to use a separate machine. The recommended rated current of the circuit breaker is 1 A. The cross-section of the power conductors is 0.75 mm. A sticker with a picture of the terminals is located inside the box.
When installing the fan outdoors, it is recommended to install a protective canopy over the fan installation site. If this protection option is not possible, it is recommended to install an air duct at least one meter long on the suction side when installing the fan horizontally.
Example of fan installation
In this scheme of exhaust ventilation of a cafe room, the fan is mounted to the wall inside the room in the inter-ceiling space (between the main and false ceiling). To prevent the flow of air from the street when the fan is not working, a check valve of the same cross-section is installed (not shown in the diagram).
Air is removed from the room through a system of air ducts with circular cross-section grilles - anemostats. The air flow through each grille is adjusted by adjusting the poppet valve on the anemostat. On the street, either an external grille or an exhaust hood is installed.
If the fan is planned to be used as a supply fan, it is necessary to provide air filtration and heating during the cold season. For this task, a filter and a heater are used. Filters can be cassette or pocket. The power of the electric heater is adjusted by an automatic system or a built-in heating control unit (Vents NK..U series of electric heaters).
Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees the normal operation of the fan during the warranty period, which is 24 months. To ensure the guarantee, you must keep the sales receipt and fan passport.
If the fan malfunctions due to the fault of the manufacturer during the warranty period, in accordance with the law of Ukraine, the buyer has the right to replace the fan at the manufacturer.
After the warranty period expires, if the fan breaks down, the manufacturer accepts the fan for repairs, paid separately.
