Design
The Vents VKP 700x400 EC fan housing is made of galvanized steel. All internal elements of the fan are connected to each other using rivets. The fan is equipped with standard connecting flanges 20 mm wide.
Motor
Uses highly efficient external rotor electronically commutated (EC) DC motors equipped with backward-curved impellers. Such motors are by far the most advanced solution in the field of energy saving.
EC motors are characterized by high performance and optimal control over the entire speed range. The undoubted advantage of an electronically commutated motor is its high efficiency (up to 90%).
Built-in functions and control
The fan is controlled using an external control signal 0-10 V (performance adjustment is carried out depending on the level of temperature, pressure, smoke and other parameters). When the value of the control factor changes, the EC fan changes the rotation speed and supplies exactly as much air as is necessary for the ventilation system.
The maximum fan rotation speed does not depend on the frequency of the electric current in the network (it is possible to operate both in a network with a current frequency of 50 Hz and 60 Hz). Fans can be combined into a single computer control network. The software allows you to control the operation of networked fans with high precision. All system parameters are displayed on the computer display, and, if necessary, you can set an individual operating mode for each fan in the network.
Installation
The fans are mounted in the gap of rectangular air ducts and do not require special fastening if the connection is made directly to them. In the case of connection through flexible inserts, it is necessary to fasten it to the building structure using supports, hangers or brackets.
The fan can be installed in any position, taking into account the direction of air flow (indicated by an arrow on the fan housing). It is also necessary to provide access for servicing the fan. For inspection and maintenance, a technological cover is provided on the fan housing.
