The Vents VK 315 fan is a duct centrifugal fan. This fan provides maximum performance up to 1340 m3/h, operating pressure up to 500 Pa. The fan is designed for installation in ducted supply and exhaust ventilation systems with a diameter of 315 mm. The use of engineering plastic in the fan design allows it to be used in rooms with high humidity, where the use of metal fans is impossible due to corrosion.

Design
The Vents VK 315 fan housing is made of high-quality and highly durable ABS plastic. Sealed mounting box. For more convenient connection and use, the fan can be equipped with a power cord with a plug (VK…R).
Motor
Single-phase external rotor motors are equipped with a centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades. The motors have built-in thermal protection with automatic restart. For some standard sizes, a motor version with more powerful characteristics (VKS) is available.
The motors are equipped with rolling bearings to ensure a longer service life (40,000 hours). To achieve precise performance, safe operation and low noise levels, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly. Motor protection class – IP X4.
Speed adjustment
Smooth or step adjustment is carried out using a thyristor or autotransformer regulator. Several fans can be connected to one control device, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated parameters of the controller.

Installation
Installation at any angle relative to the fan axis is allowed. Connection to a wall or ceiling is carried out using mounting brackets (included in delivery)
Electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the instructions and electrical diagram indicated on the terminal box.
