Vents VKPF 6D 800x500 fan is intended for use in supply or exhaust ventilation systems. The fan is a duct fan and is connected to other ventilation elements with a cross-section of 800x500 mm. The fan uses athree-phase motor. It is possible to adjust the fan performance using a frequency regulator or a step transformer (not included in the package, purchased separately).

Design
The Vents VKPF 6D 800x500 fan housing is made of galvanized steel.
Motor
A 6-pole asynchronous motor with an external rotor and a galvanized steel impeller with forward curved blades is used. Fans with this turbine design are characterized by high performance and a relatively large pressure drop.
To provide thermal protection against overheating, thermal contacts with terminals for connecting external protection devices are built into the motor winding. The use of rolling bearings in engines ensures a long service life. To achieve precise performance, low noise levels and safe fan operation, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly. The motor in the fan has a protection class of IP 44.
Speed adjustment
Adjustment can be either smooth or stepwise, and is carried out using a triac or autotransformer regulator. Several fans can be connected to one control device at once, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated parameters of the controller.
Installation
Fans are mounted through flexible inserts; they must be fastened to the building structure using supports, hangers or brackets.
The fan can be installed in any position, taking into account the direction of air flow (indicated by an arrow on the fan housing). It is also necessary to provide access for servicing the fan. Power is supplied to the fan through external terminals. For inspection and maintenance, the fan is equipped with a technological cover on the housing.
