The Vents VKMts 315 fan is a round duct centrifugal fan with a maximum performance of up to 1540 m3/h. These fans are used for exhaust or supply ventilation systems to move air through a network of air ducts with temperatures ranging from -25°C to +45°C. The fan body is made of galvanized steel and the fan uses a single-phase motor. It is possible to adjust the air flow of the fans using a thyristor regulator (supplied separately). The fan's protection class allows it to be used for outdoor installation.

Design
The Vents VKMts 315 fan housing is made of galvanized steel. For more convenient connection and use, the fan can be equipped with a power cord with a plug (VKMts…R).
Motor
Single-phase external rotor motors are equipped with a centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades. The engine is equipped with built-in thermal protection with automatic restart. The use of rolling bearings in the engine ensures a long service life (40,000 hours). To achieve precise performance, low noise levels and safe fan operation, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly. The motor in the fan has a protection class of IP 44.
Speed adjustment
Smooth or step adjustment is carried out using a thyristor regulator or autotransformer. Several fans can be connected to one control device simultaneously, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated parameters of the controller.
It is possible to use a speed controller RS-1-300(supplied separately upon request).
Installation
Mounting at any angle relative to the fan axis is allowed. Connection to the wall is carried out using mounting brackets, which are included in the delivery set. Power is supplied to the fan through the external terminal box. Electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the instructions and electrical diagram indicated on the terminal box.

Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees normal operation of the fan during the warranty period, which is < strong>24 months. To ensure the guarantee, you must keep the sales receipt and fan passport.
If the fan malfunctions due to the fault of the manufacturer during the warranty period, in accordance with the law of Ukraine, the buyer has the right to replace the fan at the manufacturer.
After the warranty period expires, if the fan breaks down, the manufacturer accepts the fan for repairs, paid separately.
