Design

Fan housing Vents VCUN 240x114-2.2- 4 is made of polymer-coated steel. The VTsUN fan can be designed with both the direction of rotation of the impeller to the right and to the left. Each option has several housing positions, which makes it possible to connect to the air duct at any angle in 45° increments.

Motor

In the manufacture of fans, 2-, 4-, 6- or 8-pole three-phase asynchronous motors are used, on the axis of which an impeller with forward curved blades, made of galvanized steel, is installed. become. The use of rolling bearings in engines ensures a long service life. To achieve precise performance, low noise levels and safe fan operation, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly. The motor in the fan has a protection class of IP 54.

Speed adjustment

The fan speed can be adjusted using an autotransformer or frequency regulator. Several fans can be connected to one control device at once, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated parameters of the controller.

Installation

Can be installed both in ventilation chambers and air conditioning units, and separately. In the latter case, it can be connected to the air ducts with either two pipes (exhaust and suction) or one exhaust. The exhaust and intake pipes have a rectangular and circular cross-section, respectively. Power is supplied via external terminals.
