Vents 125 Quietline T Duo

Axial duct fan Vents Quietline 125 T Duo is designed for use in a supply or exhaust ventilation system. The fan is a duct fan, that is, it is built directly into a network of air ducts or plastic channels. This series of fans has a reduced noise level and low energy consumption, which allows them to be installed directly in the rooms served by ventilation.

This model is equipped with a two-speed single-phase electric motor and an adjustable timer for more efficient ventilation. The fan can operate in four modes, more details in the Control section.

Design features

Thanks to the company's own development 'Vents' managed to significantly reduce the noise level. Aerodynamic performance was achieved through a reasonable combination of the shape of the impeller and the rotation speed of the fan motor. The impeller in the fan is mounted on the electric motor shaft.

The fan housing and impeller are made of high-quality plastic, resistant to ultraviolet radiation. The fan uses a single-phase motor in a single-speed design. Built-in protection is used to protect against engine overheating.

Control

The fan can operate in 4 modes. Each mode is selected via a DIP switch on the fan housing.

Single-speed mode No. 1

By default, the fan does not work. When the switch is triggered, the fan starts operating at maximum speed. After the circuit is interrupted by the switch, it continues to work for the time set on the timer (from 2 to 30 minutes) and turns off.

Single-speed mode No. 2

By default, the fan does not work. When the switch is triggered, the fan starts operating at minimum speed. After the circuit is interrupted by the switch, it continues to work for another time, which is set on the timer (from 2 to 30 minutes) and turns off.

Two-speed mode No. 3

The fan is running at minimum speed. When power is applied from the switch, the fan switches to maximum speed. After the power supply from the switch is stopped, the fan will continue to operate for another time according to the timer and switch to the minimum speed.

Two-speed interval mode No. 4

The fan runs at minimum speed. It switches to maximum speed after a certain period of time, which can be set from 1 hour to 15 hours. In this mode it works from 2 to 30 minutes on a timer, after which it returns to first speed. When power is supplied from an external switch, the fan turns on at maximum speed. When the switch is turned off, it will continue to operate according to the timer (from 2 to 30 minutes) and switch to the first speed.

How to install the fan

  • The fan is connected to air duct with a diameter of 125 mm. If the duct diameter is smaller or larger, use a reducer or connector. When installed with flexible air ducts, the fan is attached using clamps to the wall or ceiling.
  • The fan can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position. When installed vertically, it is necessary to provide protection from condensation or precipitation.
  • The fan is intended for indoor installation only, outdoor installation is not allowed.
