Vents GR 400x400 gravity grille is used in ventilation systems to block ducts when the fan is turned off. When the fan is turned on, the plastic slats open under the influence of the air flow that passes through the grille. When turned off, the petals close the section under the influence of gravity. The grille material is white plastic.
Installation of the grille
The grille is designed for installation on a horizontal surface of the wall on the street side. The product has a flange that is inserted into a corresponding rectangular hole in the wall or attached to the air duct. All joints must be sealed in order to avoid air loss.

Graph pressure loss
This graph shows the pressure loss at a certain speed of air movement through the grill. For example, at an air speed of 4 m/sec, the pressure loss is 10 Pa. The noise level will be 25 dBA at a distance of 3 meters from the grille. These losses and noise levels are taken into account when choosing the size of the required grating.
