The air supply unit Vents VPA 125-2,4-1 is a ventilation unit, which is designed to supply supply air into the room through an air duct system. The supply air is filtered in the unit and heated if necessary (during the cold season). The installation is capable of providing air supply with a maximum productivity of 285 m3/h. This model is connected to air ducts and other ventilation elements witha diameter of 125 mm. The installation uses a single-phaseelectric heater with a maximum power consumption of 2.4 kW.
Casing
Casing material - aluminum-zinc steel with increased heat retention properties. Additionally, the housing has thermal and sound insulation with 25 mm thick mineral wool. For maintenance, the housing has the ability to open one of the walls.
Filter
To prevent contaminants from the outside air from entering the system components and the serviced room, a G4 class filter is provided.
Heater
To heat the air during the cold season, the installation has an electric heater.
Fan
The Vents VPA 125-2,4-1 installation uses a centrifugal fan with backward-curved blades. The engine is equipped with a protection thermostat with automatic restart. The use of rolling bearings allows you to increase the service life of the fan to 40 thousand hours. Balancing of the electric motor and impeller is carried out in two planes and is guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Control and automation
Two installation options are available for sale:
- without control, when the customer independently selects the automation system he needs to suit his needs
- standard built-in automation system. The built-in system allows you to regulate productivity, control the operation of the electric heater, monitor the condition of filters, and set the required supply air temperature. Wired control panel - length 10 meters.

Installation
It is advisable to place the units in utility rooms rooms, such as a balcony, pantry, dressing room, bathrooms and others, but always in a dry and closed room with a temperature from +1 C to +40 C. You can also place the installation directly in the living room under the ceiling or in a niche specially made for it.
The air handling unit can be mounted under the ceiling, on the floor or mounted to the wall using brackets (brackets for wall mounting are not included in the delivery). It is advisable to install the unit in a horizontal or vertical position, except for the position when the air flow is directed downwards. Be sure to provide access to the inspection wall of the unit housing for service.
The VPA must work with an air duct system; operation without air ducts is not provided. To reduce the noise level from the installation, it is necessary to use noise suppressors of the appropriate diameter (to be ordered separately).
Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees normal operation for 24 months from the date of sale. Warranty and post-warranty repairs are performed exclusively at the manufacturer.
