Vents VA 02 exhaust unit is designed to remove air in exhaust ventilation systems for premises for various purposes. The unit is capable of removing air with a nominal capacity of2700 m3/hand a temperature rangefrom -25°C to +45°C. The unit is connected to air ducts with a cross-section of 500x300 mm.
Housing
The casing is made of aluminum-zinc steel sheets, soundproofed with 50 mm thick mineral wool.
Fan
The units are equipped with a high-pressure open-frame radial fan directly driven by an electric motor with an external rotor. The impeller blades are curved backwards. The fan provides optimal performance characteristics: air flow, noise level and efficiency. The fan can be easily removed from the housing for inspection and cleaning.
Installation
Vents VA 02 air handling units are equipped with brackets to facilitate installation of the unit. The exhaust unit is mounted on the floor, suspended from the ceiling using a mounting bracket with a vibration insert, or mounted on the wall using brackets. The installation can be placed both in auxiliary rooms and in the main ones (behind a suspended ceiling, in a niche or in an open way). All electrical connections are made through the terminal block located in the junction box. The performance of the units is controlled from a control panel with a frequency converter and speed controller P1/010 built into it.
