Vents VUT 350 EU EC is an air handling unit using heat recovery. Used for ventilation of residential or commercial premises. The ventilation unit uses heat recovery, when heat from the exhaust air is transferred to the supply air thanks to a plate recuperator. For additional heating of the supply air, the Vents unit is equipped with an electric heater with a maximum consumption2 kW.
The nominal capacity of this model is 331 m3/h, the actual air flow depends on the pressure of the air duct network and components. The installation is designed for connection with air ducts?150 mm.

Case
The case is made of painted steel with internal heat and sound insulation made of 20 mm thick mineral wool.
Filter
To filter the supply and exhaust air, the unit uses two panel filters with a cleaning degree of G4. To clean the filters, just rinse them under running water
Fans
Highly efficient electronically commutated (EC) motors with an external rotor are used, equipped with an impeller with backward-curved blades. Such motors are by far the most advanced solution in the field of energy saving. EC motors are characterized by high performance and optimal control over the entire speed range. The undoubted advantage of electronically commutated motors is their high efficiency (up to 90%)
Recuperators
The installations use a highly efficient plate counterflow recuperator made of polystyrene. Under the recuperator block there is a tray for collecting and discharging condensate.
Heater
The unit is equipped with an electric heater, which heats the supply air to a comfortable temperature if this temperature is not reached using heat recovery.

Control and automation
The installations are equipped with a built-in automation system, a multifunctional control panel with a liquid crystal display and a remote control management. The delivery set includes a 10 m long cable to connect the unit to the control panel.
To prevent freezing of the recuperator, active frost protection is used. When the air temperature in the supply channel in front of the recuperator drops below -7°C, the bypass periodically opens for 5 minutes and the supply air passes past the recuperator through the bypass channel. In this case, the warm exhaust air warms up the recuperator.
