Air supply and exhaust unit VUE 350 P3B EC A14 with heat recovery for ventilation systems of a house, apartment or office. Installed under the ceiling, installation height is only 297 mm. The maximum output is430 m3/h. The installation is characterized by low consumption, which does not exceed 171 W per hour, due to the use of an anti-freeze system and a recuperator made of polymerized cellulose.

Body
The body is made of steel with a polymer coating, polyurethane foam with a thickness of 5-10 is used as insulation mm.
Filtration
To filter the supply and exhaust air, the unit uses three pocket filters with a cleaning degree of G4 and one F7. Fine filter F7 and coarse filter G4 are used for stepwise filtration of supply air; one filter of class G4 is used to clean exhaust air.
Fans with EC motor
A centrifugal impeller with forward curved blades is used. The use of EC motors makes it possible to achieve high performance levels with low energy consumption. This engine is a new generation in ventilation systems. One advantage is the ability to fine-tune performance from 0 to 100% for each of the preset speeds. More details in the section Working with the software.
Recuperator
Heat recovery in this model is provided by a cross-flow plate enthalpy recuperator. The warm air that is removed from the room passes through the recuperator and gives off its heat to the supply air. In this case, the air does not mix, heat transfer occurs through the recuperator material with high thermal conductivity.
In this model, the recuperator is made of polymerized cellulose, in addition to heat transfer, moisture is also transferred to the supply air. Due to this, this installation does not require drainage.
The unit is equipped with a bypass damper for summer operation. In this mode, the air is directed bypassing the recuperator, while the temperature of the street air supplied to the premises does not change. In this modification, the damper is controlled manually.
Control system
The unit is equipped with a built-in automation system and an A14 touch wall control panel with LED indication. The control panel is wall mounted.
To prevent the recuperator from freezing during the cold season, the unit is equipped with an active protection system. The temperature sensor stops the supply fan, while the warm exhaust air warms up the recuperators. The supply fan then turns on and the unit continues to operate as normal.
Thus, the supply air performance in the cold season will be lower due to periodic shutdown of the fan. This frost protection eliminates the need for an electric heater, resulting in low operating costs.
Operating modes
Using the air handling unit control system, you can perform the following actions:
- Turn the unit on/off,
- Selecting a performance mode within a range of fixed three speeds: minimum, medium and maximum.
- Indication of the need to replace the filter.
- Opening or closing the bypass for summer mode
- Indication accidents
It is also possible to connect CO2, humidity sensors or any other sensor (relay input), the signal from which can switch the performance to maximum (All sensors are purchased separately and are not included in the delivery package).
Installation
The installation is intended for installation in a room with positive temperatures. Can be installed on a balcony, pantry, basement, attic and other auxiliary rooms.
The unit does not have a drain pan, so it can be mounted to the ceiling or mounted on a wall vertically or horizontally.

Working with software
This ventilation unit can be connected using USB cable (Type B) to PC to change installation parameters settings.
Using the software you can change:
- each of the three preset speeds (minimum, average, maximum) in the range from 0 to 100%
- speed when a dry contact is closed (for connecting external devices) in the range from 0 to 100%
- frequency of the signal to replace (clean) the filter in the range from 0 to 10,000 operating hours
- humidity level of the connected external sensor (sensor purchased separately) from 30 to 80%
