The Vents VUT2 250 P EC unit is equipped withtwo plastic recuperatorsof cross-flow and two trays for condensate drainage.
This Vents suspended supply and exhaust unit is a completely finished ventilation device that provides fresh air supply, filtration and removal of polluted air from the room. Nominal capacity of the unit is 257 m3/h.
The units are used in ventilation and air conditioning systems for various premises, when there are high requirements for the level of energy consumption of the ventilation system. The maximum consumption of this model is only125 W. Designed to connect to round ducts of nominal diameter? 125 mm.
House
The unit body is made of aluminum-zinc steel. Thermal and sound insulation is made of foamed polypropylene 10 mm thick.
Filter
To filter the supply and exhaust air, the unit uses two pocket filters with a cleaning degree of G4.
Fans
The unit is equipped with supply and exhaust centrifugal fans with backward-curved blades and a built-in protection thermostat with automatic restart. Electric motors and impellers are dynamically balanced in two planes.
Recuperators
Plastic recuperators transfer sensible heat from the exhaust air flow to the supply air flow. They have a long service life in cold climates.
The installation uses two plastic cross-flow heat exchangers, and it is also equipped with two trays for condensate drainage.
Installation design
Control and automation
The unit is equipped with a built-in automation system and a multifunctional control panel (P3/ 010 T) with LED indication. Also included in the package is a signal cable to connect the unit to the control panel. To prevent the recuperator from freezing during the cold season, the unit is equipped with an active protection system. The temperature sensor stops the supply fan, while the warm exhaust air warms up the recuperators. The supply fan then turns on and the unit continues to operate as normal.
The control panel performs the following functions:
- Turning the unit on/off,
- Selecting the ventilation mode: min., medium, max.
- Setting the minimum mode in a range of 7 preset levels. In this case, the average mode is automatically set to 80 m3/h above the minimum, but not higher than the maximum.
- Indication of the need to replace the filter.
Installation
The unit is designed for suspended ceiling installation and can be installed on a balcony, pantry, basement, attic and other auxiliary rooms. The unit can also be installed in main rooms directly to the ceiling, behind a suspended ceiling or installed in a ceiling niche. Access for service from the bottom panel.
