Vents PR 150 G4 plate heat exchanger is used for heat recovery in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The recuperator is connected to air ductswith a diameter of 150 mm. The use of a recuperator allows you to reduce the loss of thermal energy for heating the supply air, which significantly reduces operating costs.
The recuperator is equipped with two filters with cleaning class G4. Recovery efficiency up to 75%.
What does it consist of
The body is made of aluminum-zinc steel. The interior is insulated with penofol to reduce noise and heat loss. Heat exchange occurs through a heat exchanger made of thin polystyrene plates with highly efficient heat transfer. Recuperators provide the ability to drain condensate (which can form on the surfaces of the heat exchanger) in the lower part of the device.

Installation
An example of using a heat exchanger with round duct fans strong>
The recuperator is installed indoors with an ambient temperature from 1°C to +40°C and with a relative humidity not higher than 80%.
The device must be mounted in such a way that so that it can be accessed for service or repair. Suspended on threaded rods (studs) from the ceiling or brackets.
