Vents FBK 1000x500 pocket-type ventilation filter is used to purify atmospheric air and protect elements of supply ventilation systems from contamination. The filter element consists of several bags or pockets rigidly fixed to a galvanized steel body. Thus, the useful cross-sectional area of the filter element is increased several times. The filter is installed in the duct in front of the main ventilation equipment.
For filtration, fibrous material of synthetic origin is used. The replaceable filter insert is located in a filter box made of galvanized steel. For removal and installation of the insert, the housing is provided with a cover with reliable fixation. Filtration class G4 (other filtration classes are possible, please contact our managers).
Installation
The filter is installed using a flange connection. The direction of air movement must correspond to the designation on the filter. Installed in horizontal or vertical position. When mounted vertically, the air flow should be directed downwards so that the filter pockets do not collapse. During installation, it is necessary to leave space for service access to the filter for cleaning or replacing the filter element.
