This Vents FBV 200 filter uses a V-shaped filter element with an increased filtration area. The cassette air filter is designed for filtering supply air in ventilation and air conditioning systems; in some cases, the filter can also be used in exhaust ventilation systems. This series of Vents filters is ideal for air filtration in ventilation systems with low capital costs.
The filter for ventilation will be connected to other elements of the system with a diameter of 200 mm; if it is necessary to connect the filter to elements of a different cross-section, it is necessary to use adapters (reducers) .
The body is made of galvanized steel. The filter box is equipped with connecting flanges with a rubber seal for a tight connection with the air ducts. The hinged filter cover is equipped with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filter element. The filter element is made of non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers, fixed on a frame made of steel frame.

Installation
The design of the filter allows it to be mounted on round air ducts using clamps in any position. When assembling, it is necessary to take into account the direction of air movement (must correspond to the indicator on the filter). During installation, it is necessary to leave space for service access to the filter (cleaning or replacing the filter element).
