Vents KOM1 315 gravity-type ventilation check valve is designed to shut off a round channel in supply or exhaust ventilation systems when the equipment is turned off. The housing and turning plate are made of galvanized sheet steel. For a tight connection with the air ducts, the dampers are equipped with rubber seals. The valve plate opens under the influence of air flow and automatically returns to its original position when the air supply is stopped. The valve handle is equipped with a counterweight, with which you can adjust the sensitivity of opening and closing the valve.
Installation
The design of the valve allows it to be mounted on round air ducts using clamps. The plate should close on its own under its own weight. When placing a valve in a ventilation system, the direction of air flow must be taken into account.
