Flexible inserts for ventilation Vents VVGF 630 are designed to eliminate the transmission of vibration from fans or ventilation units to the air duct, as well as to partially compensate for temperature deformation in the air duct route. They are used in ventilation units with a cross-section of 630 mm, moving air in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C.
Design
Flexible inserts consist of two flanges connected to each other by vibration-isolating material made of galvanized sheet and polyethylene tape, reinforced with polyamide textile fabric. The inserts are not intended for mechanical load and cannot be used as a load-bearing structure.
Installation
Installation of flexible inserts into the ventilation system is carried out by attaching the end flanges to the counter flanges in the ventilation system. Fastening is carried out using galvanized bolts and brackets.
