Vents FBK 200 pocket filter is intended for use in duct ventilation systems with a cross-section of 200 mm. The filter housing is made of steel. The housing has connecting flanges with seals for tight connection to other ventilation elements. For installation and dismantling of a replaceable filter insert, the filter is equipped with a hinged cover secured to the housing. The pocket-type filter element is made of synthetic fibers and fixed to a frame made of galvanized steel. The material can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, the average service life of the material before replacement is 3 years. Filters are made from materials with purification class G4.
Installation
The design of the filter allows it to be mounted on round air ducts using clamps in any position. The direction of air movement must correspond to the indicator on the filter. Installed in horizontal or vertical position. When mounted vertically, the air flow should be directed downwards so that the filter pockets do not collapse. During installation, it is necessary to leave space for service access to the filter for cleaning or replacing the filter element.
