Vents FBK 600x300 pocket-type filter is used to purify atmospheric air and protect elements of supply ventilation systems from contamination. The filter element consists of several bags or pockets rigidly fixed to a galvanized steel body. Thus, the useful cross-sectional area of the filter element is increased several times. The ventilation filter is installed in the duct in front of the main ventilation equipment.
The filter housing is made of galvanized steel. To change and maintain the filter, the housing is equipped with a hinged cover with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filter element. The pocket-type filter element is made of non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers and is made of materials with purification classes G4, F5, F7 (filtration class of this product is G4).
Installation
The filter is installed using a flange connection. The direction of air movement must correspond to the designation on the filter. Installed in horizontal or vertical position. When mounted vertically, the air flow should be directed downwards so that the filter pockets do not collapse. During installation, it is necessary to leave space for service access to the filter for cleaning or replacing the filter element.
