Vents FBK 400x200 pocket ventilation filter is used to purify atmospheric air and protect elements of supply ventilation systems from contamination. Such filters are most often used in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The filter element consists of several bags or pockets rigidly fixed to a galvanized steel body. Thus, the useful cross-sectional area of the filter element is increased several times.
The body is made of galvanized steel. The hinged filter cover is equipped with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filter element. The pocket-type filter element is made of non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers and is made of materials with purification class G4, F5, F7 (filtration class of this product is G4).
Installation
Installation of the filter is carried out at using a flange connection. The direction of air movement must correspond to the designation on the filter. Installed in horizontal or vertical position. When mounted vertically, the air flow should be directed downwards so that the filter pockets do not collapse. During installation, it is necessary to leave space for service access to the filter for cleaning or replacing the filter element.
