Vents VP 100 K centrifugal fan is used for exhaust ventilation of rooms with suspended ceilings. The height of the fan is only160 mm. The fan can provide air removal with a capacity240 m3/hand a temperature rangefrom -25°C to +50°C. Air is taken from the room through a plastic decorative grille with a built-in filter. A check valve is also installed to prevent the formation of backdraft.
If necessary, you can reduce the fan performance using a speed controller (not included in the delivery package, purchased separately). The fan is operated with round flexible or plastic air ducts with a cross-section of 100 mm.

Design
The fan housing is manufactured made of galvanized steel. The decorative front panel made of ABS plastic is equipped with a coarse filter. The check valve on the exhaust pipe prevents air from the exhaust shaft from entering the room when the fan is turned off.
Motor
The single-phase electric motor is equipped with thermal protection with automatic restart. To increase service life, rolling bearings with a service life of up to 40,000 hours are used. Motor protection class IP 44.
Performance adjustment
If necessary, the exhaust ventilation performance can be reduced. Smooth or step adjustment is possible using a thyristor or autotransformer. Several fans can be connected to one control device at once, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated parameters of the controller. (speed regulators are supplied separately)

Installation
The fan is mounted between the ceiling and the suspended ceiling. It is attached to the wall surface using brackets (included in delivery) or mounting tape.
Voltage is supplied to the fan through the terminal box on the fan housing. Electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the instructions and electrical diagram indicated on the terminal box.
Installation example
Ventilation of the office is carried out using an exhaust fan installed in the inter-ceiling space. The exhaust air is taken in through a plastic grille and discharged into the existing exhaust shaft. The flow of fresh air is carried out using natural ventilation through a slightly open window or ventilators.
Guarantee
The manufacturer guarantees normal operation of the fan for24 months (2 years)from the date of sale through a retail network, subject to compliance with the rules of transportation, storage, installation and operation.
