The sound-insulated fan Vents VKMI 100 is designed to move air through air ducts in supply or exhaust ventilation systems. The temperature of the transported air can be in the range from -25°C to +55°C. The maximum productivity of this model is 270 m3/h. The polymer-coated housing and fan protection class allow it to be installed outdoors. Mineral wool 50 mm thick is used as sound insulation.
The centrifugal-type duct fan can be installed outdoors, in which case a canopy is provided at the location to prevent precipitation from entering the housing.

Design
The outer steel part of the body is covered with a polymer coating, the inner part is perforated and filled with noise-absorbing material. The heat and noise insulation of the housing is made of a 50 mm thick isover layer. The impeller and inner casing are made of engineering plastic.
The mounting bracket is supplied separately.
Engine
A single-phase Blauberg electric motor with an external rotor is used, equipped with an impeller with forward-curved blades. The engine uses rolling bearings with a service life of up to 40,000 hours. The turbine is dynamically balanced to ensure precise aerodynamic performance, quality assurance and low noise levels.
The motor is equipped with built-in thermal protection with automatic restart.

Control
On-off
The fan is turned on using an external switch (not included in the delivery package) according to the connection diagram below.
Speed adjustment
Air flow control is carried out using a thyristor regulator RS-1-300(supplied separately). The adjustment occurs smoothly by turning the knob.
Installation
Installation at any angle relative to the fan axis is allowed. Attachment to the wall is carried out using mounting brackets, which are purchased separately. Power is supplied to the fan through the external terminal box. Electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the instructions and electrical diagram indicated on the terminal box.
Warranty
The manufacturer establishes a warranty period for the product of 24 months (2 years) from the date of sale of the product, subject to the user following the rules of transportation, storage, installation and operation products.
