How to use the sharpening service?

1. Order the service.
   Choose the number of knives, pay for the service, and print the order confirmation sent to your email address. Include this confirmation in the box with the knives, packed according to safety guidelines.

2. Send the knives to our workshop.
   Use the transport company of your choice to send the knives to the provided address.

3. Receive the sharpened knives.
   We will sharpen the knives and send them back to the address provided in the order confirmation. Return shipping: 5.95 EUR (free for orders over 100 EUR).

Please note:When the tools arrive at our workshop, we will check them and inform you of the total sharpening cost, which will depend on the type of tools as well as their condition and quality. Some tools may not be able to be sharpened.

Execution time
Sharpening takes about 7-14 days from the moment we receive the knives to their return delivery.

Important:
If the knife or tool is excessively worn, defective, or made of low-quality material, we reserve the right to return it without sharpening. In such cases, you will only pay for the shipping cost.
