Order Pressure relay FSG2G20 in Valencia at a great price
35.09 €
Ex Tax: 29.00 €
Features:
The mains voltage is 220-230 V, 50 Hz.
The maximum switching current is 10A.
The maximum working pressure is 5 bar.
The pressure control range is 1.1 – 5.0 bar.
The factory settings are 1.4 - 2.8 bar (when the factory settings are changed, the threshold for shutting off the electric pump in dry running changes).
Adjustable on/off difference (delta) of at least 1 bar.
The RESTRICTION is that the water column between the FSG 2 pressure switching relay and the highest water intake point should not exceed 3m.

Features
The FSG 2 pressure switch with dry running protection is designed to automate the operation of an electric pump, maintain pressure in the water supply system of a country house, cottage, cottage and turn off the pump in the absence of water in the water supply source. Simply put, when the pressure in the house's water supply system drops below a certain level (factory setting 0.4 atm) set on the FSG 2 pressure regulator, the electric pump will not burn out, but simply turn off.

Connection of the pressure switch with dry running protection FSG 2:
When the lid is removed, connect the wires from the mains and from the electric pump to the pressure switch. Connect them to the terminals in accordance with the figure below.
The mains wires are connected to terminals 1 and 3, from the pump to terminals 2 and 4. The ground wires are connected to two green screws that are located next to the terminal box.

Starting the pressure regulator with dry running protection FSG 2:
There are 3 lever positions on the relay cover, with which the FSG 2 relay is brought into working position.
The "AUTO" position corresponds to the standard operation of the device. The "START" position is designed to start the FSG 2 pressure switch and is not fixed. After starting the device, the lever automatically returns to the "AUTO" position. The "OFF" position is fixed and is used to turn off the pressure switch. To start the pump, move the lever from the "AUTO" position to the "START" position and hold for a few seconds until the system pressure rises above 0.4atm. After that, release the lever, which will automatically return to the "AUTO" position and your water supply system will be ready for operation. To turn off the pump for a long time, it is necessary to move the lever to the "OFF" position.

FSG 2 pressure regulation:
 - Turn off the power;
 - Remove the FSG 2 relay cover;
 - A large spring is responsible for the pressure of turning on the pump. Turning clockwise increases the pump start pressure, and turning counterclockwise reduces the starting pressure of the pump start. One full turn of the nut corresponds to a pressure change of about 1 atm.
 - A small spring is responsible for the pump shut-off pressure. Turning clockwise increases the shut-off pressure of the pump, and turning counterclockwise reduces the shut-off pressure of the pump. One full turn of the nut corresponds to a pressure change of 0.2 atm.
