Compatibility of shades
Our outdoor sun blinds are specially designed for Velux® skylights. To determine if they are compatible with your skylight, simply check the size code on the Velux® nameplate located at the top right (on the movable part of the window). .
On this plate, first check that the window model is one of the following GGL, GHL, GHU, GFL, GGU.
Then the size code, which should be one of the following:
- 9, or C01, or C02, or 6, or C04, or CK02, or CK04: you get the store number EXTV100G.
- 1 or 304, or M04, or 2, or 308, or M08, or 14, or 306, or M06, or MK04, or MK06, or MK08: you get the store number EXTV300G.
- 4 or 606 or S06 or 10 or 608 or S08 or SK06 or SK08: you get the store number EXTV600G
- 7 or 804 or U04 or 8 or 808 or U08 or 810 or U10 or UK04 or UK08: you get the store number EXTV800G
Highly effective antithermal fabric
Effectively protect yourself from the heat thanks to a fabric called "Screen". External roller blinds equipped with powerful reflective technology filter UV rays. In hot weather, you get up to 80% less heat (compared to the attic window, which does not have it).
Excellent durability
The heat shield of the attic window is weather-resistant. Very reliable and stable, the awning is designed to stay in place all year round. At the end of the summer, it does not need to be dismantled.
Fast and safe installation
Practical, the assembly of the awning is easily carried out from inside the house. All you have to do is turn the glazing of the Velux® skylight, lock it with safety latches and lock the system. 15 minutes is enough. The marquise folds and unfolds thanks to the powerful live spring that accompanies your gesture. When it is no longer advisable to leave the canvas unfolded, a simple click on the crossbar at the bottom allows you to unhook it at this level and start fast winding.
