How does the PergolasVIP Luxe insect protection curtain work?
This roll-up mosquito net with a live spring, with a canopy down or up, can be handled like a classic curtain. The mosquito net located on the outer panel of the window is controlled from the inside using very ergonomic curved handles.
To close the canopy with a mosquito net, the trunk of which is inaccessible, we provide a cord puller that can be inserted into the lower crossbar (optional).
How to install a mosquito net-blinds with roller shutters?
Installation of a mosquito net in the presence of roller shutters is quite possible. The mosquito net curtain can be recessed between the wall in front of or behind the blinds, depending on the configuration.If there is a free space of at least 40 mm between the roller shutters and the window, then a mosquito net for LUXE roller blinds can be placed between them. Otherwise, it can be positioned in front of the shutter without interfering with its operation. You just need at least 40 mm (please note that 2 mm is better to make installation easier!), 40 mm is the trunk depth of this insect roller blind.
One or the other mount is the same in terms of use. The aluminum canopy with a LUXE mosquito net is designed for outdoor use for several years without shrinkage; it does not need to be absolutely protected by roller shutters in anticipation of harsh winters. The choice depends only on the location available for fixing the blinds, and on the desired rendering with zero restriction.
