The Vents Lumis 100 L fan is intended for use in domestic exhaust ventilation systems for rooms such as bathrooms, bathtubs and shower rooms, kitchens and other private premises. The main distinctive feature of the fan is the presence of a light source, which illuminates the front grille when the fan is working. The light source is a 10 W LED lamp with a color temperature of 3000 K, which corresponds to “warm white light”, like an incandescent lamp. The lamp service life is more than 30,000 hours.

General information
The Vents 100 Lumis L exhaust fan consists of a housing, an impeller and an electric motor. The housing and impeller are made of ABS plastic. This material is an engineering plastic. This material has impact-resistant properties, is absolutely non-toxic under the conditions of its use, and is resistant to direct sunlight.
To illuminate the front panel of the fan, a 10 W LED lamp is used; it can be turned on together with the fan or separately from the fan (depending on the connection diagram, see below).
The fan can run continuously or turn on periodically. The fan's protection class allows it to be used for exhaust ventilation of rooms such as a bathroom or shower room.
The fan is supplied with a power supply for the LED lamp.
Electric motor
To create fan pressure in the Vents Lumis fan, an electric motor with high rotation speeds is used, on the shaft of which a impeller. The motor has low power consumption - 24 W per hour, it does not require maintenance and is designed for constant continuous operation. This fan model is equipped with a ball bearing motor, which increases its service life to 40,000 hours. The engine is cooled by air, which is removed through a fan. The engine is also equipped with overheating protection. If possible, it is recommended to supply power to the fan from a voltage stabilizer, if one is used in the house. As you know, power surges in a regular network occur quite often, which reduces the service life of electrical equipment.

How to control the fan
The room standard light switch is suitable for turning the fan on and off. The fan has the option of turning it on together with the built-in lamp or switching on the fan and lamp separately.
You can also turn on the fan and regulate its performance using the RS-1-300 speed controller (purchased separately). Several fans can be connected to one such controller if their total power consumption is less than 300 W.

How to mount a fan
The Vents 100 Lumis L fan is mounted directly into the ventilation apartment exhaust duct. If you cannot connect the fan directly, you can use a plastic or flexible air duct with a diameter of 100 mm. It should be noted that the length of such an air duct should not be very long; also, such a ventilation duct should have the minimum possible number of turns, bends, etc., since this increases aerodynamic drag and reduces the performance of the fan.
