Fan Vents TT PRO 315

Vents TT PRO 315 is a duct-type fan in a polypropylene housing. Maximum fan performance is 2050 m3/h. The fan combines the wide capabilities and high performance of axial and centrifugal fans.

Vents TT PRO series models use single-phase highly efficient two-speed motors withlow energy consumption. The fan body is made oflow-flammability polypropylene.

Used in supply and exhaust ventilation systems that require high pressure, powerful air flow and low noise level. Compatible with air ducts with a diameter of 315 mm or with air ducts of other sizes through transitions.

Vents TT PRO 315 fans are an excellent choice for installation in exhaust or supply ventilation systems for rooms with high humidity (bathrooms, kitchens), as well as for ventilation of apartments, cottages, shops, cafes, cinemas, etc. A wide range of models and a large selection of options allows you to choose a fan that meets your requirements.

'Performance

Design

Fan housings are made of high-quality and highly durable materials: ABS plastic (100-200) and polypropylene of reduced flammability (250-315). The motor block with impeller and terminal box is attached to the fan housing using special snap-on clamps designed in such a way that its dismantling can be easily done without special skills and tools. This design greatly simplifies fan maintenance.

'Design

All models can be equipped with an adjustable timer with a fan shutdown delay range from 2 to 30 minutes (TT...T). For more convenient connection and use, the fan can be equipped with a power cord with a plug (TT...P).

Design features of the TT PRO series

The inlet pipe is equipped with a manifold for smooth air entry into the fan. Thanks to the conical shape of the impeller and specially profiled blades, the circular speed of the air flow increases, providing higher pressure and performance compared to conventional axial fans.

'Air

The diffuser, specially designed impeller and straightening device at the outlet of the fan housing distribute the air flow in such a way that an optimal combination of characteristics is ensured - high performance and increased pressure with low noise level.

Motor

The single-phase motor on rolling bearings has two speeds. For some standard sizes, a motor version with more powerful characteristics is available (TT...C). To protect against overload, the fan motors are equipped with thermal fuses. Motor protection class - IPX4.

Speed adjustment

The two-speed motor is controlled using an external speed switch (purchased separately). If it is necessary to continuously regulate the speed, you can use a thyristor regulator RS-1-400 by connecting it to the maximum speed terminal of the motor.

If stepwise speed control is required, then it will do regulator P2-1-300. With its help, you can also, in addition to adjusting the fan performance, simultaneously turn on or off the lighting.

Installation

Fans can be installed at the beginning, middle and end of the air duct system. Installation at any angle relative to the fan axis is allowed. In one system, it is possible to install several fans in parallel (to increase productivity) or in series (to increase operating pressure).

The fan housing is equipped with a flat mounting plate, with which the fan is attached to the wall. Electrical connection and installation must be carried out according to the instructions and wiring diagram indicated on the terminal block. For ease of installation and connection, the mounting box can be installed in any position.

If the fan is used as part of an exhaust system, it is recommended to additionally install a KOM 315 check valve in the duct in front of the fan to prevent reverse draft when the fan is turned off. If the fan will be used as part of a supply ventilation system, it is necessary, in addition to the check valve, to install a filter (FB cassette type or FBK 315 pocket type). Also, to preheat the supply air in the cold season, it is necessary to install a heater between the filter and the fan. The heater can be electrically heated (NK 315 series) or water heated (NKV 315 series).

To reduce aerodynamic noise transmitted by the fan through the air duct network, it is recommended to install a silencer of the same cross-section after the fan (sound silencer series CP 315).
