The Vents fan of the TT Silent-M 315 series is intended for use in ventilation systems. Connects to air ducts or other ventilation elements with a diameter of 315 mm. Thermal and sound insulation of the duct fan housing ensures a reduced noise level; such fans are advisable to use when there are high requirements for low noise levels in ventilation systems.
Design
In the manufacture of the Venst TT Silent-M 315 fan housing, steel with a polymer-based coating is used. The inside of the fan housing is perforated; this surface allows sound waves to pass through, directing them at a certain angle onto a layer of sound-absorbing material. The noise and heat insulation of the housing is made of a layer of mineral wool 50 mm thick. Special perforation of the case and noise-absorbing material ensure sound attenuation in a wide frequency range. The inner housing and impeller are made of high-quality and durable plastic.
Thanks to the conical shape of the impeller and specially profiled blades, The circular speed of the air flow increases, providing higher pressure and performance compared to conventional axial fans. A diffuser, a specially designed impeller and a straightening device at the outlet of the fan housing distribute the air flow in such a way that an optimal combination of characteristics is ensured - high performance and increased pressure with low noise levels. The fan housing is equipped with an external sealed terminal box for connecting the power supply. For a tight connection with the air ducts, the fan connecting pipes are equipped with rubber seals.
Motor
Single-phase, highly efficient, two-speed motors with low energy consumption are used. To protect against overload, the fan motors are equipped with thermal fuses. Rolling bearings provide a long service life (about 40,000 hours of continuous operation). Motor protection class - IP X4.
Speed adjustment
The two-speed motor is controlled using an external speed switch (purchased separately). If it is necessary to smoothly regulate the speed, you can use a thyristor regulator RS-1-400, connecting it to the maximum speed terminal of the motor.
If stepwise speed control is required, then the P2-1-300 regulator is suitable. With its help, you can also, in addition to adjusting the fan performance, simultaneously turn the lighting on or off.
