The Vents 125 Quiet TR exhaust fan is equipped with a check valve motion sensor andfan shut-off timer. The fan turns on when the motion sensor is triggered. Then the fan runs for the time set on the timer and turns off. The shutdown time can be set from 2 to 30 minutes.
