Vents VUE 100 P mini

The supply and exhaust unit VUE 100 P mini is designed to provide ventilation for one roomin apartments, private houses, workshops, and commercial premises. Sometimes this installation can provide ventilation in two rooms if the required air flow in these rooms is low.

The ventilation unit is a completely finished monoblock device. The unit performs filtration, supplying fresh air, heating it if necessary, and removing exhaust air. A plate heat exchanger with great efficiency provides heating of fresh air from the street before supplying it indoors during the cold season. At the same time, the installation does not have a separate electric heater, which allows significant savings on operating costs. The unit's consumption ranges from30 - 56 Wdepending on the fan speed.

The installation can be installed in the inter-ceiling space, between the main ceiling and the suspended one. It is also possible to install it to the ceiling in a utility room, such as a balcony, storage room, dressing room, etc. The installation height is only215 mm. Flexible or rigid air ducts with a diameter of 125 mm are used for air supply and removal. The air flow is controlled by a switch.

What does the installation consist of

Fans

Centrifugal fans are used in the installation with forward curved shoulder blades. The fan motor is equipped with rolling bearings, which has a positive effect on the service life - up to 40,000 hours. The fans are economical and low noise. The installation noise level is from 24-41 dBA (depending on speed).

Filters

To prevent dust, pollen and other contaminants from entering the room, and to protect the installation components from these contaminants, the VUE 100 P mini uses two filters with a purification degree of G4.

Housing

The housing of the ventilation unit is made of cold-rolled galvanized steel. Aluminum zinc tends to reflect most of the heat. The reliability of galvanized steel is mainly ensured by the preservation of the zinc layer. Steel coated with aluminum zinc will last up to 25 years. Additionally, the body is heat and sound insulated with a 15 mm thick layer of foam foam. For installation, corners are installed on the housing. For service purposes, one of the walls of the housing is hinged.

Recuperator

The cross-flow plate recuperator allows you to recover heat with high efficiency - up to 65%. The heat received from the exhaust air is transferred to the supply air; the design of the recuperator is such that mixing these flows is impossible

Installation control

Using the switch, it is possible to set 3 speeds - 57, 78 and 106 m. cube at one o'clock. To protect the recuperator from freezing in the winter, the unit has built-in frost protection - a thermostat relay. If there is a threat of freezing of the recuperator, the supply fan is automatically switched off, while the exhaust fan continues to operate. In this way, the recuperator warms up to the required temperature, after which the supply fan turns on and the unit continues to operate in normal mode.

How the VUE 100 P mini installation works

The unit provides simultaneous air supply and exhaust in the room. Warm air with a temperature of +21 C (see figure above) is removed from the room and enters the installation. Then it passes through the filter and enters the recuperator. When the exhaust air passes through the recuperator, it gives off part of its heat to the recuperator plates and is removed to the street.

Fresh air from the street with a temperature of - 5 C through a filter enters the recuperator, where it receives the heat given off by the exhaust air and enters the air duct network with a temperature of + 15 C.

Thus Thus, the recuperator allows you to significantly save thermal energy and use the heat of the living space to heat the supply air for ventilation.
